The project aims to empower persons aged 50 and above and persons with disabilities by equipping them with essential ICT skills. Critical aspects of the same include Training in Basic Cellphone Operation: Essentially, it focuses on assisting the said groups to understand basic cell phones and how to operate the same for practical use.
